T-MINGLE cares about your privacy and does not provide personal information to anyone.

- At T-MINGLE you control what you post, share, wish to keep and delete. You can easily delete your account and all content at any time in Settings.

- Deletion of your posts takes place across T-MINGLE, meaning that all associated content such as photos, videos, comments and KMs ( Keep Mingling / same as a LIKE button ) are deleted.

- Your posts are displayed in chronological order without special algorithms to manipulate them.

- All of your posts are visible to other members of T-MINGLE within your respective organization.

- Direct messages to other members are private between you and the person you are messaging or receiving a message from.

T-MINGLE is an independent platform not endorsed by or affiliated with any organization of employment unless otherwise indicated. References to a particular organization within the T-MINGLE platform are for informational purposes only and do not imply endorsement nor sponsorship unless explicitly stated otherwise. T-MINGLE is a product of PiLE-it Media.

The platform is exclusively for use by employees of the specific organization. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. Any unauthorized use or access is strictly prohibited.

T-MINGLE handles user-generated content like photos, videos, thoughts on a rotating basis, which means that there is a limit to how much content you can have visible at any given time.

For example, let's say you have 75 photos posted. If you add a 76th, the oldest one will be dropped, or deleted along with all respective likes/Keep Minglings ( KMs ) and comments, to make room for the new one. This ensures that the most recent and relevant content remains visible to you and other users.

The same principle applies to videos and thoughts. If you upload new videos or thoughts beyond its limit, the oldest ones will be rotated out to accommodate the new ones.

In terms of the hierarchical structure of comments and sub-comments, the cascading effect is that if a comment on any particular posting is deleted, all subcomments will also be deleted. Currently there are three tiers for comments made on postings as comment, reply and reply to a reply. If the comment is deleted the replies and replies to replies will also be erased. If a reply is deleted all replies to that reply will also be deleted. Replies to a reply, which are at the bottom of the hierarchy, can be individually deleted without affecting the others.

This system has been implemented to help manage the volume of content on the platform and ensure that users can always engage with fresh and up-to-date material.

The limits are subject to change without advance notice. Each one is reflected on user's account under Your Daily Briefing.

T-MINGLE reserves the right to consolidate duplicate Departments or Areas with similar names, for example, from 'Human Resources' and 'HR,' into a single entity for organizational clarity and efficiency.
